There have been a great many American soldiers that have fought in the Iraq War. This number is multiple thousands.
As of this date, September 3, 2010, there are approximately 50,000 members of the Armed Forces remaining in Iraq.

The reason for which you cannot get an answer as to how many Israeli soldiers fought in the Iraq War could be either because you did not ask anybody or because nobody answered you or because you did not search properly. Well this question needs to be more specific as in American Soldiers, British Soliders.. But I assume you mean American Soldiers and there are about 20,000 left. As of November 25, 2011.
None, the Flanders Fields is referring to the First World War, and an area in or near Belgium. British & Belgian soldiers fought in this area in WWI. American soldiers fought in France further south, except for some pilots.
All of them - we have a volunteer military nobody was drafted everyone volunteered.

The number of civilian casualties in Iraq is difficult to determine and still being debated. However, the Iraqi Body Count Project estimates that around 110,000 to 120,000 civilian Iraqis have died since the beginning of the conflict in 2003.
