10-15 gets you feeling fuzzy and nice, I think 20mg of the hydrocodone would get you high. With the 5/500 (which is 5mg hydrocodone and 500mg APAP) 4 pilss would probably do it. but the APAP is bad for you liver and you shouldn't have more than 3000mg a day. For a typical pain patient 200mg
