It still needs a few watts for the clock/timer to run. There has to be electrical power to the gas thermocouple and/or the igniter for the oven to run at all. The electronic ignition (pilotless) for the stove/range needs electricity to function also.

So, I still have this question :-). How many watts does this need?

a gas stove runs on gas, not electricity. So it doesn't have any watts.

It does use electricity! There's the control panel & clock & to power ignition to turn on the gas, since it is pilot lessΒ

As a general rule, gas stoves use neither BTU's (British Thermal Units) nor wattage (watts). Wattage, although it is a measurement of joules (rate of energy conversion), is typically used to rate consumption and output of electrical devices. A gas stove will produce btu's (heat) and should be labeled as such on the stove itself or in the manufacturer's specifications. A typically efficient modern gas stove will put out about 20,000 to 25,000 btu's per hour. To convert btu's to watts multiply by a factor of 29.307%, i.e., 20,000 btu's X .29307 = 5,861.4 watts per hour.

A gas stove will consume energy (unspent LP or natural gas) at a rate known as "therms" (heat energy equal to 100,000 btu's), or equivalent to burning 100 cubic feet of gas per hour. So, using a gas oven at 350° for one hour will consume .112 therms vs. about 2,000 watt-hours for electric.

If you are looking to compare gas stoves to electric stoves, the energy costs vary by location and supplier, but it should cost you around $0.06 per the above example's gas stove-hour vs. $0.17 for an electric stove-hour.
