You would miss your first period after becoming pregnant.
Phil
Hypothetically, if ovulation occurs on the 14th day of a women's cycle (counting the first day of period as day 1) then the missed period would occur on day 28 . Then the pregnancy would be a few days short 2 weeks about 10-14 days. Every women's cycle is different so the 14th ovulation and 28 day cycle length is just for example. It all depends on when ovulation occurred. Check out the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weshcler, MPH. It answers a lot of questions about fertility, pregnancy and avoiding pregnancy.
