There are no quotas. Under law, any justice on the US Supreme Court could be replaced by a woman when his or her seat becomes vacant, potentially creating a Court with all nine female justices.
This is an extremely unlikely situation in reality (for many reasons), but there is no legislation or constitutional mandate preventing the possibility.

Zero. President Reagan appointed Sandra Day O'Connor, the first woman to serve on the US Supreme Court, in 1981. She retired in 2006. There are currently two women on the Supreme Court: Justices Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Sonia Sotomayor.
