Earl Grey is a black tea flavored with bergamot oil. Bergamot is a small citrus fruit from the Mediterranean. The caffeine in Earl Grey tea will be the same as other black teas.
There has been debate on the caffeine ratio of green vs. black tea. Generally, black tea is considered to have a third more caffeine than green.
Earl Grey tea has a level of acidity similar to other black teas. Earl Grey uses a standard black tea, often a Ceylon black tea, as the base. The flavoring, bergamot oil, adds aroma but does not hugely effect the acidity.
Also, acidity is a function of concentration, so it is hard to give an exact estimate of acidity...because tea contains mildly acidic substances, the stronger the tea is, the more acidic it will be.
As a general rule, tea, including Earl Grey tea, is slightly more acidic than water, but significantly less acidic than coffee.
All black and green teas contain caffeine, approximately 30mg per cup. All Rooibos blends and Camomile blend does not contain caffeine. Source : Pickwick

Green tea, does contain caffeine (30 to 50 milligrams per 8 oz. cup) unless it is labelled as caffeine free. The caffeine content of tea bags is notably higher than loose leave tea. Each person has a different threshold for tolerance of caffeine so only you will know how much is enough/too much.

There is no fat in tea itself. If you add something to a cup of tea, such as cream or milk or butter, there is just that much fat.

Smoking tea does provide a (relatively low) dose of inhaled caffiene (much as drinking tea gives you an oral dose of caffiene). Just like drinking tea would give you a "caffiene kick" of energy, smoking tea would give you a "caffiene kick" of energy as well. This is likely to come with a very mild euphoria, like drinking tea is likely to do, this euphoria, although very mild and hardly noticable, is technically a high. I have found smoking tea to give a good energy rush for about 40 minutes, when it ends and starts a "come down effect" or "after effect" which is basically an opposite of the initial effects. I have found this useful for appointments at the end of long days where I had little energy and not enough time to brew tea and drink it.
There is no such English phrase as "tea of a cup." You either have a cup of tea, or you have tea in a cup.
The Jasmine tea box I have says 3 grams makes a cup so I'm guessing 1/3 cup of tea. :)
