U will either have a compressor powered by the engine that keeps the car level when you put weight on the rear or U can follow the air lines from the shock back to something that looks like air valve...
I believe you can put springs and shocks... I would get all the stuff you need from a local junkyard out of a Ford Expedition this way you will be able to do it with no problems.
