Baby rabbits shouldn't eat any apple. Fruit and most vegetables are not healthy for baby rabbits. Baby rabbits, once they're weaned, should eat hay and pellets -- they should have unlimited 24/7 access to hay, pellets, and water. At 12 weeks of age, fresh leafy greens (like Romaine lettuce, dandelion, carrot greens, and cilantro) can be introduced gradually in tiny portions (one at a time, and watch for signs of ill-health like gas or diarrhea). Treats like fruit (including apple) shouldn't be given to rabbits until they're 6 months old. Adult rabbits should mostly eat hay, with some pellets and fresh greens daily, and water; treats should be limited to a small bite or two every few days or so. Too many treats leads to illness in rabbits.
