I actually got it done today :) So, it is free piercing with an earring purchase which is very worth it :) I paid $21 dollars today for my earrings. You have to get sterling silver or gold bc you will have freshly pierced ears :) You will get Ear Care and a guide on how to put it on the ear, and how to make sure it will not get infected. The earrings (gold&silver) are from $16.99-150. I believe.
