BMI says 95-125lbs is normal for a person that is 5 ft, but that rating doesn't count for your body fat and muscle. If you are very muscular and fit at 145 lbs, you are considered overweight by BMI, so my only real answer is there is no real answer. As long as you are not skin and bones or morbidly obese you should be fine.
