1 box of Mac & cheese cook mac as on box. drain and place in a large baking dish. stir in packaged cheese. Add 2 cups of cheese, 1/2 stick of butter, cover mac and cheese with milk. Cook at 350 degrees until beginning to thicken-add grated cheese to top. Allow to melt-remove from oven and it will thicken more while cooling.
