My local Thai restaurant waitress told me that there was over 100 milligrams in a standard 12oz glass. That's essentially a Red bull.
In summary:
"The amount of caffeine in tea depends on a number of factors, including the method and length of brewing or steeping. Studies also show that leaf location on the tea plant affects content of caffeine in that tea. The youngest leaves, highest on the plant, contain the greatest concentration of caffeine AND antioxidants."
Since Thai tea us usually made from black tea, we can estimate caffeine content based on typical black tea steeping methods (5 minutes at 212°F) to be around 11mg/oz (132mg for a 12 oz glass). Thai tea is usually brewed strong (1 tablespoon tea per 8oz boiling water) which will raise this caffeine estimate, but also uses evaporated milk and the tea itself contains spices besides the actual tea (leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant), which could lower this estimate.
Iced Tea made the real and traditional way, using black tea bags (i.e. Lipton), boiled and brewed in water:
Each black tea bag (1 tea bag: 8 fl. oz) =
approximately 55 mg of caffeine per tea bag/8 fl. oz.
-------------
Caffeine: Black Tea vs. Regular Coffee:
55 mg per cup of regular/black tea = about exactly half of the amount of caffeine in
A cup (8 fl. oz.) of Regular Coffee (mild and medium roast levels) = 100-115 mg
--------------
Did you know?
With coffee:
The DARKER the roast level of the coffee beans, the LESS caffeine
The LIGHTER/MILDER the roast level of coffee has MORE caffeine?
Why?
Because dark roasted coffee beans/grinds (i.e. French Roast, Colombian), are roasted LONGER which depletes the caffeine in the coffee.
Lighter/Milder Roasted Coffee beans/grinds are roasted very shortly, which causes the amount of caffeine to be higher in mild and medium roasts (i.e. Breakfast Blend, Classic Roast)

The Wendy's website does not say whether or not strawberry iced tea has caffeine, but iced tea generally does, although not as much as coffee.
I did a full write-up in a blog entry (see here: http://zaui.blogspot.com/2007/05/diet-coke-plus-caffeine-report.html) but the short answer is Diet Coke Plus probably has a similar amount of Caffeine that 'normal' Diet Coke has - about 46 mg per 12 oz. can.
