∙ 14y agoGenerally, cinnamon contains no sugar. Check the label to be sure. Sometimes you can buy a mixture of cinnamon and sugar for putting on toast. Even this should have a label indicating how much sugar is in the product.

∙ 14y agoBrown sugar does not contain cinnamon. If you are making a cinnamon/sugar mix, you can decide how much of each you want to put in, but usually you use white sugar for that.
