It really depends on the environment If it is in a major hotel resort they pay union scale which is probably about 12.00 dollars and hour. Local places pay minimum wages. If you are going to be a cocktail waitress it helps to be highly skilled and young and good looking. If you are not it becomes geometrically more difficult to get hired. At the Rio in Las Vegas they are called bevertainers and have to be able to sing and dance. I know it is crazy. If you have those attributes come on down and give it a shot.
