..FALSE! $1 per bag was standard in the 1970's and 1980's but in today's economy, the standard is $2 per small/medium pieces and $5 for larger, heavy pieces or Golf clubs and huge boxes. Even the Airlines AA and USAir will ask for $2 for curbside check in ...and that's the airline fee -NOT the private contractor skycap.
