How much does Employer Liability Insurance cost?

Several factors contribute to the employers cost: type of business: Transportation, Service, Construction..? Is it un-incorporated, LLC, non-profit, etc.? Is it Regulated or Subsidised by a federal/state office? How many people does it employ? Where is it conducted? The most important factor is THE INSURANCE PROVIDER. I would suggest selecting a reputable and well established company. EXAMPLE: I manage a bus terminal which serves several Bus companies, a local delivery service, and two Taxi companies. Several other vendors also sell their product in my building. Because all of these entitees pay me a commission or a rent, My Liablility must also cover these vendors and their customers while on the premises. Therefor, if a passenger's child gets his/her hand stuck or cut on a gumball machine, my insurance pays for it. But once that passenger has boarded the bus, the bus company is then responsible for that passenger's safety.
