the voice of experienceA child could receive a Liposuction therapy if it where a severe case of obesity and all other methods had failed however the main focus should be on healthy eating habits and active behavior i would suggest involving the child into a sport or if that isn't a realistic solution a volunteer activity that they can enjoy without realizing that they are getting exercize Colorado has a program called hearts and horses that deals with putting disabbled children on horses and providing physical therapy for them the youngest volunteers are 14 my own sister does volunteer work for them and they get to ride the horses themselves and the simple act of volunteering has them grooming and tacking the horses moving hay ect... most important is emphasising the importance of being healthy more than being thin and yes i speak from experience at 16 i was a 5 foot 3 inch girl that wieghed 260 pounds i had so many people that put the emphasis on losing weight rather than being healthy and active that i became anorexic and buliemic ( i would cycle between the two) after years of suicidal thoughts, and attempts i found an activity that i enjoyed and lost the weight please encourage this child to be active and refuse to give into cravings for sweets and fast food and high collestoral foods before you consider such a dangerous surgery the consequences of dealing with this weight issue can have lifelong consequenses

I asked about this at a clinic, they said it was £2,200 per area, knees, outer thighs etc... This was for the Vaser Lipo and Smart lipo seems to be the same price. I'm trying to find out if there is anywhere abroad that do it any cheaper! Obviously this is in the UK, not sure about anywhere else though.
