1. Advantages
1) Small investment - investment can vary from 300 thousand to 5 million. The cost of this foamed concrete production line is only 1/3-1/10 compare to aerated concrete production line when production is the same scale. (Chinese Yuan is used whenever applying to price.)
2) Energy conservation - No steam pressure in production is needed, unless quantity of fly ash or sand reaches to 70% of the ratio.
3) Able to produce low density products, such as ultra light products that its density is 200-400 kg/m3.
4) Less investment - Investment is only 1/20 of aerated concrete; good mobility and easy to assemble
5) Dry cutting - This sawing machine adopts dry cutting sawing blade, and it no residue shall be left after cutting. Meanwhile, this sawing machine costs only 100 thousand, therefore, lower total cost. By adopting bamboo plywood mould, its investment is only 1/2o of aerated concrete.
2. Major Raw Materials
1) Cement - Ordinary Portland cement 42.5 N is widely used. (PO42.5), or grade 32.5 N. Do not use Portland blast furnace slag cement (PS) Portland composite cement (PC) fly ash cement (PF).
2) Sand - clean river sand is recommended, otherwise dirt of sand has to be less than 2%.
3) Active residue. Residues from coal, steel, and minerals, such as fly ash and steel slag.
4) Addition agent (accelerator) - stabilize, anti-shrink, accelerate, and enhancefoam; only 1%-2% of cement quantity when use.
5) Foaming Agent- 0.5-1kg every square meter. It is one of Trinity Trade's products.
3. Cost
This cost is not a definite number, because it depends on density, raw materials, ratio, and techniques; however, we have some reference value as following.
