Actually peanut oil weighs 7.7 pounds per gallon per the the USDA ( see page 44 of the document at http://www.ers.usda.gov/publications/ah697/ah697.pdf )

32 Tablespoons in 18oz jar. 256 T in a gallon multiply each by 8 =144oz/16(oz/lb) and you get 9lbs of peanut butter in a gallon 45lbs in 5 gallons.
