$22 to $30 / hour in Ontario. Not as a management position but may lead other toolmakers or apprentices. Wages as of 2010, have not gone up in the last few years because our industrial companies are shutting down. Wages should be from $28 to $36 /hour for the skill level required and the tools that have to be bought and maintained. If you are getting less than $25 then you are either in a crummy shop or don't have the skills that you should have. Get a new job! Learn more, Earn more!
