The cost of 1kwh to 4000 = 0.12 SR = for 0.032$ commercial and resident
from 4001 Kwh to 8000Kwh 0.20 SR
from 8001 and up kwh 0.26 SR
For industry month, time and consume can determine the price but for average 0.12 for small industry in winter time goes down to .10.
