Nothing really They prefer for a soldier to be healthy and on the job, but the work still goes on without him regardless. You must realize that a soldier is on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week and the government has taken on the burden of making sure they are healthy enough to perform their duties. Each base or post has it's own hospital and doctors so all of this has been taken into consideration.
