That's just for parts (and if you order from an online store like www.quadratec.com or www.4wd.com [jeep specific stores] figure $40 additional for shipping)and for you to provide labor. If you have a mechanic do it, I'd estimate no more than 2 hours (and that's generous)of labor at whatever the current rate is (a call to a local garage will tell you hourly labor rate).
