All you need is: a trampoline, something for turnbuckels, wood or metal posts, and you have 2 options for the ropes, either a garden hozes or pv flexible pipes with rope treaded through it. If you go with the garden hoze just tie it really tight to the wood or metal post that you put in the ground. If you go with the pv pipe with rope in it you'll will also need 8 springs for the top, 8 for middle, and 8 for bottom so 24 springs. Also if you choose the pv pipe with rope you'll need a METAL pole with holes in it. After you will have to attach the spring to the rope treaded through pv pipe and put the spring through the hole, do this to every corner until you done. Then last attach your turnbuckelss. If you do this right you should be able to jump of the top rope/turnbuckle, bounce of the ropes, do moves like old school, and so on. If you like you can try something else or if you have the money just by a used ring.

ok im not too sure but if you try and look up info about how Jeff hardy did it that might help and for starters you need a trampoline then buy some sort of tarp lay it over the trampoline then get some massive logs and stand them up at corners 4 or six depending if u want to be like wwe or tna... get hoses and tie them around each treee to try and make three evenly places ropes. to hold the hoses on get some sort of nail and nail a nail in the log and lpace the hose on the top to make the nail act like a ledge type thing for the hose to sit on... that's basically all i can think of bye

Another Answer:

The best way to make a Wrestling ring is to get a trampoline, get 4 wooden poles and tie hoses around the sticks for like ropes. Kinda like how the Hardyz did it when they were young.
