the ignition swith with key can be purchased at your local parts store for about 15.00$. a repair shop will charge you on average 50-100$ to install, the steering wheel & inner horn mechanism must be removed & requires specific tools. you can do this yourself if you are determined & mechanicly adept. a haynes manual shows this in detail, pick one up at your parts store, very handy. a lock smith can rekey your door locks for about 20-30$ per door. hope this helps
