Most libraries in the US give cards for free. I have never had to pay for a replacement card. nope that's wrong actually it cost $1 but that's cheap anyway
In Torrance Public Center Libraries,(that means any library in Torrance) they cost free. If you already had one but you want to mak e a new one, it cost 5 dollars. In the UK library cards are free....
Search everywhere for it. If you still can't find it, go to the library to tell them that you lost it and apply for a new library card. that happened to me once and i just applied for a new one.
