Right now (November 2008), it costs 85 centos (euro cents) to send a postcard from Italy to the US. If you're in Naples, they'll try to tell you it costs more so you have to buy more stamps from them. Don't worry! It's just the 85 centos.

The cost of a post card mailed from Puerto Rico depends on where you are sending it to. A card send to other places in the US is the same as if mailed in New York or Los Angeles. But it will be different if you are mailing a card to Canada, France, Russia, or Argentina, for example.

There is no single answer to that. Europe is a continent with over 50 countries. Each of those countries have their own postal services and would charge different amounts of money to send a postcard to the US. There are also lots of different currencies too. So it depends on which country in Europe you are sending the postcard from.

It costs a 4.5 rub stamp to send a letter from China to the U.S. This somewhat depends on the weight and size of the letter. It could cost more or less.
