The tuition at SFSU is not dependent on your chosen major. So the cost to attend the nursing program would be the same per semester as the standard tuition (which for Spring 2012 was $3,138) and the program is five semesters long. Unfortunately, due to budget cuts and their associated tuition hikes, it is very possible that this amount will increase over time. Then of course you would have to factor in additional costs such as scrubs, supplies, and textbooks (nursing textbooks are one of the most expensive books on campus unfortunately).
