Propane is negotiable, totally Negotiable.. If you are not getting the service or PRICE from a company that YOU desire, let them know that you wish to cease business, and don't forget to check if you have a contract if in place with your signature so you don't get into trouble.. They will tell you things like "we can't sell you the tank", or "we will have to dig up your yard and remove the tank" Don't worry they also have to return your yard in most cases to its original condition.. so don't let them scare you or bully you.. My current Company wants me to pay $3.29 a gallon when another company has it for 2.16 a gallon.. so there is lots of room for negotiation if they want your business.. Remember check all contracts prior to pressureing them to give you a good price.

I'm not sure of an exact price, but filling a propane tank, such as for a gas grill, will run $14 - $18
