According to the Honey Association, the average honey bee will

actually make only one twelfth of a teaspoon of honey in its lifetime.
A single worker bee will produce around 1/12 tsp of honey in her lifetime. All workers are female, and they only live about 6 - 8 weeks. It takes as many as 10,000 bees taping some 2,000,000 flowers to produce just one pound of honey.

It is not possible to put a count on the number of flights a worker bee will make.

A worker bee starts foraging flights when it is about 21 days old and will continue foraging until it dies at six to seven weeks old. The number of flights will depend on number of factors such as the weather (they won't fly in rain or if it is too cold or windy), the length of each flight (they will forage anywhere within a radius of about three miles/five kilometres from the hive), and the amount of nectar available, because the bee will return to the hive when she has collected as much as she can carry.
