You can't rate horsepower by how big the engine is. Too many factors to consider. For example: An old harley big twin(1200cc) has 40 to 50 but something like a 600 ninja can have twice that much. V engines don't make as much power as an inline will. Doesn't matter what make the bike is, cube for cube inlines make more.
