Your grammer is awful. 150cc refers to the cubic capacity of the piston chambers inside the engine. Generally the larger the capacity the more power an engine produces. There is no way to tell the horsepower of an engine from its capacity.

My motorcycle produces 147Bhp from its 955cc engine. My car only produces around 60bhp from its 1100cc engine.
