If you have a U.S. $1 coin with that date it's a fake. If you have another denomination coin such as a half-dollar, or a bill from a private bank, please post a new question with more details.
Assuming the coin is circulated and has no mintmark, the 1902 Morgan dollar is a common date of the series. For an accurate assessment of value the coin needs to be seen and graded. Most coins of this type have seen heavy use and show a lot of wear. In general retail values for low grade coins are $31.00-$36.00, better grade are $37.00-$40.00 and coins showing almost no wear run from $41.00-$45.00. Values are a market average and only for coins in collectible condition, coins that are bent, corroded, scratched or have been cleaned have far less value if any to a collector or dealer
This is a very common date Morgan, and retail values are low at $15.00-$25.00 for circulated coins. With mint state coins at $30.00-$35.00
There were no $5 silver certificates issued that year, only United States Notes. Please see the question "What is the value of a 1907 US 5 dollar bill?" for more information.

First off, they are Philippine Pesos. Nothing special about them. They are now being called Territorial silver dollars as a marketing scheme. Most are worth only the silver value. If they are uncirculated they bring a premium. Check ebay, there are plenty for sale.
