It's worth just over $0.60 USD.

There were no Victorian 1837 coins minted, 1837 was the year of her coming to the throne, and there were no British Coins minted with "Hanover" on them.

These "coins" are most likely a token used as a gaming chip or similar.

An 1838 Queen Victoria Coronation medal, designed by Benedetto Pistrucci, is 37 mm in diameter and was struck in gold, silver and bronze.

Potential values for medals in excellent condition are -

Gold - £1,500 to £3,000 GBP.

Silver - £150 to £300 GBP.

Bronze - £45 to £95 GBP.

The values quoted are the best possible for the best specimens in their grades, but may be significantly lower due to varying demand for the coin and the prevailing economic climate. A reputable coin dealer will be able to give a more accurate valuation based on inspection of the medal.

Medals, medallions and tokens were produced to commemorate the Golden Jubilee (50 years on the throne) of Queen Victoria in 1887.

The medals were presented to Royal Family members, various government members, household staff, and others in public office.

Medallions and tokens struck in various metals were mostly a souvenir available at shops. Unless the medallion is made from a precious metal, it is unlikely to be worth more than a few pence.

What house was Queen Victoria from?

Queen Victoria was born into the House of Hanover. Victoria's royal ancestors, in addition to being kings of Great Britain, were also rulers of a kingdom in Germany called Hanover. Thus these British sovereigns held the title Elector (until 1814) and King (after 1814) of Hanover, as well as of Great Britain. (In Germany, the British sovereign was usually referred to as "King of Hanover-England.") German law provided that only males could be kings of Hanover; thus on the death of William IV "King of Hanover-England" in 1837, Victoria became queen of Great Britian, but the German title passed to her uncle, who then became King Ernest Augustus I of Hanover.
