The U.S. did not print any $20 bills with that date.
If you have a bill from a different country or a bill issued by a private American bank, please post a new question with those details.
Yes, a 1934 star note $20 bill can have value to collectors, especially if it is in good condition or has unique characteristics. The value can vary depending on rarity and demand among collectors. It is recommended to have the bill professionally evaluated for an accurate assessment of its value.
Coin and Paper money Prices (like all collectibles) depend upon three primary factors: 1. Rarity 2. Condition 3. Demand If your coin has been cleaned, it may have lost half its numismatic (collectible) value. If the coin is gold or silver there is intrinsic value (the weight of precious metal). Your coin is probably worth between 300 and 1,500 US dollars. http://www.coinmine.com
Obviously condition matters, but I bought a nice UNC. note with a slight center fold for $140 . I may have paid a little high but Ebay can get you a better idea. Make sure it says 1934 ( no A) and try to match up the Bank letter, check the serial number. Most start with at least a couple 0's at the beginning. Also check the Star. Do 2 points touch if there was a line below it or 1. One point is extremely Rare. That's the best I got
Just saw a guy tell a woman on Pawn Stars that her 1914 star $20 bill was worth $1000 even though it showed heavy signs of use.
$60 to $125 depending on how worn it is
$1000 - $1100 Depending upon condition
