You have an interesting piece of history. These bills were specially printed for use by troops in North Africa, and had a different color seal so they could be demonetized if any were captured by the Nazis.
In worn condition, your bill is worth at least $10. In better shape, $20 or more.

I also have a series 1935 one dollar silver certificate with yellow seal (African War Circulation) that is separated in half but I have been unable to determine value; Now I know there are other similar bills out there.
