It depends on the condition of the coin and if it has a "B" mint mark. I have seen the one with the B mint mark on eBay for $3.99US. The one without the B mint mark was going for about $8-$9US.

If you are talking about the 200 francs note. It is worth nothing, the French Franc does not exist anymore. The notes could have been exchanged with Euros only until April 2008. only collectors could be interessed. there are two different 200 francs notes, the one with Montesquieu and the one with Gustave Eiffel. Take a look at numismatic sites or on eBay.
This note is mostly blue in colour, with a large portrait of a shepherd on the front and a woman with flowers on the back.

"Cent" means hundred in French, so it is an 100 Franc note. Unless the bill is very old (pre-1900 at least) or a misprint, it has no value anymore (In the former cases, the bill may have some numismatic value).
