Not enough information. Half dollars have been struck for over 200 years, and older silver coins turned up in circulation as recently as the 1970s.

If you have only 1971 and later Kennedy halves, go ahead and spend them. They're made of cupronickel like dimes and quarters, and are only worth face value. If the coins are older, you need to organize them by date and mint mark, and get an idea of their condition. You can then check the pages linked below for a rough idea of retail prices.

In general, 50 cents for a USA 50 cent piece.

Additional value will depend on condition, Series of 50 cent piece, mint mark, does it contain silver (Pre-1965) and year minted.
