If it has a weight on the back, for ex. "1 oz .999 fine gold", that tells you its value based on the current price of gold.
If there's no weight given, it's probably just plated and is only worth a few bucks.

While I own a very nice Reagan commemorative coin, my research has shown me that there are so many different productions, looks, and types of metals. Probably best to track down the exact make and mint of your coin. Hope this helps even a little.

Gold was a very rare metal and it was worth a lot so the sudden rush to the gold feilds wasn't a big surprise!

if your pesos is unciculated, like mine, it is worth around 2,000. if not it will be worth a little less. if you want an exact price, go to a coin dealer.

I just sold mine that was 14 karat yellow gold and i got 252.28 off of it.
You need an iron pickaxe or better to mine gold. Ironically, a gold pickaxe will not be able to mine itself.
