You didn't say WHAT is double-sided but regardless, it's not worth anything to a coin collector. It's a privately-manufactured novelty item called a magician's coin. If you think about it for, oh, a half second or so, what are the chances that a coin would hang around for 2 years after being struck on both sides, then somehow end up being restruck so that the back that it had in 1995 was completely obliterated by a new front dated 1997, without affecting the 1995 front?
