depends on the year and manufacture date of your gun . also do all the parts match by serial Number you should find the serial Number on side of the receiver (on newer Ithaca) older style Ithaca the serial Number will be on the Recevier (Between the magazine tube and barrel) then look up WWW.SURPLUSRIFLEFORUM.COM on their site look up on their Search engine type in "ITHACA 37 DOM" there you'll find the serial list number
how much is an Ithaca model 37 shotgun worth in fair condition
The Ithaca model 37 has been manufactured pretty much unchanged since 1937, so you be the judge if it's a good gun. The name was changed to model 87 in 1987 but changed back to model 37 around the year 2000. I see no listing for "Featherweight" although there is a "Featherlight".
Many of the rifles are valued in price close to $500 each. The amount will vary depending upon where you get the rifle from.Ê
too much
I sold one in excellent condition last fall for $900.
if you sell it to a criminal you can get $500 or more ,but I bought mine from an old women whose husband died for $50 .If I wanted to sell it I would expect to get $250 to $300 for it
I got one for $300 it is like new love the gun!!
You may contact Ithaca arms and they will date your shotgun for you.
Depending on the condition it can be worth up to $275, but if it is in poor condition it is worth about $75 according to the 2008 standard catalog of firearms
