Yes you can. There are 2 different waterfalls that most think of in the city of Niagara Falls. They are a few good stone throws apart from each other. One of them is located in Canada, and the other is located in the US. The border goes right between them. So you obviously can see the one on the US side from US soil, and since the other is so close you can see that one too. You should visit it. Very beautiful
