If you're only testing for one drug, it will probably come out to around 15 dollars. If you're testing for multiple drugs, you're looking at around 30 or 40 dollars.
One way would be to use a device called a bomb calorimeter. (Despite the name, it doesn't actually explode. Or at least it's not supposed to.)
It depends on where you live. I am living in Spain and pay a monthly social security. I was able to have a Sperm count test for free.
