Aftermarket wiring harnesses are available at a variety of prices. EZWIRING.COM, PAINLESSPERFORMANCE.COM and RONFRANCIS.COM all sell pre-made wiring harnesses that you can use to re-wire just about any car. Just last week I used a PainlesPerformance wiring harness to re-wire my son's 66 Mustang. It took about 3 days to complete and cost around $600 for the harness. The instructions practically held my hand through the install. I had one minor issue not knowing which wires connected to the windshield wiper, and a quick call to tech support answered it correctly.
Check the bulbs if they are workin thin you have a short in your wiring and you will need a authorized shop to rewire your connectors.
