The going rate for parking at the garage at Penn Station is a max of $12 per day. The monthly rate is $200 but there is a long waiting list. I have found private business offered outside parking within a couple of blocks of Penn Station around $125 monthly.

There's also a 24/7 public parking garage across the street from Mt. Royal Station at The Fitzgerald.

While not as close as the Penn Station garage, it has the same $12 max daily rate & it's monthly rate is only $130.

Does tuition include fees per credit in community colleges?

Tuition is tuition. Fees are in addition to the tuition and would include, registration fees, technology fees, course fees, laboratory fees, clinical fees, health insurance (if not already covered), parking fees, and books, athletic fees, etc. Each school has fees that are particular to itself, and may include part or all of the above. In any case, the community college is still the best deal in terms of cost.Tuition is tuition. What is the price for a cab from Penn Station to the American Museum of Natural History?

It's about a $10 to $12 cab ride, not including tip and extra fees (such as the $1 surcharge between 4 and 8 PM on weekdays). But you really don't need to take a taxi. Getting there by subway from Penn Station is very, very easy. You take the Uptown C train (of the A-C-E, the blue line) from Penn Station (34th Street) to 81st Street. The 81st Street & Central Park West Station comes out right in front of the museum. In fact, the walls of the 81st Street & Central Park West Station are covered with tile murals of dinosaurs and other animals, so it's really easy not to miss your stop, seeing as the train passes right by the murals. To get back, you take the same train -- the C -- but Downtown this time.
