I think Yes because, It is even better to pay in the U.S. dollar because Peruvians value the U.S. dollar more than their own currency. It is also very hard to exchange Nuevo Sol back into the U.S. dollar because it is hard to find people such as moneychangers willing to give up their U.S. dollars.
