In the Philippines it's only allowed if the mothers health is at risk so then it's like any other procedure/operation. You have to ask your doctor about that and also see if you have a insurance. The prices will differ between hospitals.
Close to or over $1000 depending on how far gone you are and the procedure. M;any states require that you do that in a hospital and they usually cost more then clinics.
