this answer will probably disappoint you, but it's probably worth pretty much exactly the price on the cover, or slightly less if anything. the reason very old comics, like Spider-Man's first appearance or, going back further, superman, batman etc are worth so much is that 'comics collecting' didn't really exist - loads of old superman comics have been thrown out by mums tidying up over the years, or kids 'growing out' of them - or in many cases simply becoming incredibly worn because they weren't stored in protective bags etc.
by the time 'comics collecting' really caught on, the values were much lower BECAUSE any comic is going to have thousands of copies that are well looked after - simple supply and demand means they aren't going to sell for $thousands. The 'collecting boom' around hyped 'events' like the death of superman, endless #1 issues etc in the early 90s killed not only 'comics collecting' as a hobby but also led to the entire comics industry taking a big nosedive that it's still battling to recover from.
Your comic is probably not going to be bargain bin fare that can only be bought for pennies, it's an interesting 'alternate history' thing that comics nerds will always be curious about, but with a handful of exceptions you aren't going to find any comics from after about 1972 that are worth more than about $10, with most worth a tiny fraction of that.
