Maybe Scott #1036/#1058 - Purple sheet/mint ???

You can purchase one of them mint for about 30 or 40 cents, used for about 15.

Scott #1116 - Horizontal Blue Commemorative

This would cost you 50 cents mint, 25 used.

Scott #1282/#1303 - Black sheet/coil

.35 mint and .15 used.

Most dealers wouldn't bother to buy one from you, and if they did, you might get a nickel for it.
This will require more research to provide identification. There were many Lincoln stamps issued with a value of 4 cents. It can always be used for 4 cents worth of postage, but it may have more value then that. Many different countries issued them as well. Consult a stamp catalog, check your local library, to identify exactly what stamp you have. And the catalog will also provide you an idea of the value.

You will need to consult the catalogs and do some research. Most libraries will have a copy of Scott's Postage Stamp Catalog of the World. First of all, you have to identify the specific stamp or card. That in itself can be a daunting task, but most of the catalogs are well illustrated with lots of information. Once you know what item you have, the catalog will provide a set of prices that can be used to estimate value.

You would need to give more information about the stamp, such as the year of it, and the picture on it.
