How much mayonnaise per pound of fish should be used in a seafood salad?

Answer

You don't measure by the pound, measure by the cups. Easiest way to figure this is 1/4 per can of tuna which is 6 oz. Using the light or fat free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip fat free does not change the taste but does change the number of calories.
